STEP 1 :
PLACE YOUR ORDER VIA WhatsApp. Specify Make, Model, Color and other Specs. Call/WhatsApp Tami/Emma on +2773 193 6294 / +2783 784 1046.
STEP 2 :
RECEIVE PICTURES OF AVAILABLE VEHICLES. You Choose your Vehicle, and then we do a video call with you whilst we are by the vehicle, showing you the interior, exterior, engine compartment, the boot, wheels, mileage and all other things you may need to know about the vehicle. Since we are on the ground, we will also try to give our unbiased assessment of each vehicle.
Step 3 :
Once you are satisfied, you pay for the Vehicle. Please note that the vehicle will only be removed from the market for a day in order for you to make payment. This is also done as to avoid selling the vehicle to 2 or more different clients. You Can Either pay into the company's Rand or Dollar Account. Payment normally takes 1 to 3 Working days to reflect.
Last Step :
After the payment has been received in Durban, your vehicle is then loaded on the next available Car Carrier. Normally, if the car is a used japanese automobile, your vehicle is loaded a day or 2 after payment has been received. On rare occasions your vehicle might be loaded same day your payment is received.
If its a local bakkie/Vehicle, the process is slightly different. It may take 3 to 5 working days for your vehicle to be loaded. We will have to DEREGISTER YOUR VEHICLE, DO SAPCO CLEARANCE AND APPLY FOR AN ITAC EXPORT PERMIT.
Please note that it is your responsibility to pay import duties or any other taxes in your home Country.
